Should I report this First Aid instructor part 2?

The second part of this question has to do with the exam..

So after all the theory and practical exercises the instructor handed out the booklet for the exam.
It was a multiple choice that he informed us would be a “group” exam…
Now, I like exams, I’ve done alot of them and have never heard of a “group” exam before. A “group” exam is when the instructor goes from one person to the next, when it’s your turn you read the question then tell what your answer is….and if your wrong you just adjust your answer and then you score perfect…
What kind of $@!&% test is this, what the hell is the point you should of heard some of the wrong answers…scary

I don’t believe that this an effective test to give to any level First Aid/CPR and is highly unacceptable and possibly dangerous or even deadly…..
