What is your favorite choke and puke restaurant? Grade A or Grade B rating?

A restaurant does not have to have a Grade A rating, in order to serve good food. I have eaten at many Grade B restaurants and the food was great. I didn’t look in the kitchen. I was afraid of what I might see. I have never noticed a Grade C rating in a restaurant. This is where I would draw the line. Question: have you ever eaten at a Grade B restaurant? If so, how was the food and did you enjoy it?
