I think my old vet may have lost the records on one of my cats. What do I do now?

I moved in with the new boyfriend, and after two days of having us with her all day long, she peed on the bed last night.

She goes to the new vet in the morning… so I called the old vet for her records. They only have records on one of my cats. I KNOW I’ve taken her there. But it’s been nearly 3 years, so I don’t remember what they did to her or even why I had her there. I don’t remember if she’s up on all her shots.

Chances are, they’re going to want to up her shots. But I don’t know what she’s already had. Aside from wanting to burn down the old vet’s office (after rescuing the poor creatures they’re “treating”), is there anything I should be concerned about? Can she be over-vaccinated? Are there even any shots that would still be there after 2–3 years?
