How often do you sit?

How often do you sit a day? Do you think you sit too much?

I feel that I sit a lot, I’m not sure if there’s such a thing as too much sitting. It seems that no matter what, I’ll always end back up sitting.

If I’m at school, I’ll be sitting in a desk, or perhaps at a table in the library, or other sorts of places in the building.

If i’m at the mall, sometimes I’ll sit in the food court, or on a bench to rest.

At home, I will sit on my chair, perhaps a couch, or some more chairs at the dinner table.

It seems to be inevitable that we sit… Could this be a bad thing? Shall I try to not sit, more often?
