NSFW Does having a small penis but a strong shot matter?

Topic, I’m asking from a “Man to a Woman” view. Does having a small ” less than 7 inches” penis matter? And what about having a strong shot (Finish, blast, trying to be polite. Not using the C word)? Is that a plus, minus, or doesn’t matter? I’m asking because there’s alot of mixed answer’s on size and if size DOESN’T matter, what about extra’s.
