What is a good process discovery/mining tool.
Process discovery/mining tools can help to discover bottlenecks, mistakes and errors in processes. Although very common in production, process discovery is a relatively new discipline in sales, service or marketing. A good source is ProM which is an Open Source solution. I am looking for commercial, easy to use systems at a reasonable price tag.
