Is it very easy to have problems after an abortion and become infertile?

I would like to know is it very easy or not at all to become infertile after an abortion?
What side affects and how badly can they be if you have a medical (taking a pill) or having a surgical abortion?

I welcome any ones opinion, and I understand if you think abortions are unethical, I feel the same but sometimes they can be the best option.. especially if you are too young, you can’t give any child a life if you have nothing to give, and sometimes giving them up for adoption is something you never want to do. honestly, when I have a child of my own I want to watch them grow up and give them all my love and support!
