Does this sound like a healthy day of food?

Breakfast
1 piece multigrain toast with almond butter
1 light yoplait yogurt

**I planned on two pieces of toast, but I couldn’t get it down. I’m not all that hungry in the morning.

Lunch
Wrap with lean turkey, ham, and reduced fat provolone cheese
½ cup grapes

Snack
Handful of carrots dipped in low fat Ranch

Dinner
1 cup beef and broccoli stir fry

Snack
A few more carrots dipped in low fat Ranch

Water: 5 bottles

Exercise: Nothing worth mentioning. I’ve been moving more than usual, but I literally had no extra time.

I’m 5’5” 140 lbs, trying to get down to 130 lbs. I wasn’t hungry during the day, so I figure that’s good. I didn’t count calories.

So, what do you think?
