Does anyone know what skin infection this is?

The first time, it was just a bump- no heads- I thought it was just a pimple or a zit. As day goes on, it turned into bleeding and yellow pus would come out of it. The next morning, I would see a dramatic change from the red bump into a crater-like bump (in the middle somewhat red and yellow mix- brownish) and just created a huge hardened yellow pus. That morning I was determined to cleaned up the hardened yellow pus and every single time it bleeds, I can feel that it’s watery. This infection is hurting every single time I try talking, or moving my lips.

First time: itchy and gradually turn to painful blisters feeling.

Medications I’ve used so far: Triple antibiotic, cortizone, neosprin.
Days so far: 3–4 days now

I do NOT smoke, or do drugs (if that’s related)
I have a mild cold/cough
