What makes you feel like a million bucks?

I just got my hair cut yesterday and I feel like a new man. The last time I got it cut was about 2 months ago, so it felt really good to get it trimmed.
So, what makes you feel great, refreshed, or brand new? Why did it make you feel this way? How often does it do this to you? How would you describe this sensation? Are you long overdue for a time to feel amazing?
