High Heels - how do you do it?

I love heels. Adore them. I buy them and wear them once, and then I regret the fact that I wore them when I do. However I feel so much more sophisticated and sexy when I do!

I would love to trade in my flats and boots for a higher level of heel wearing…. I am so envious of those women who seem to never be without them, and don’t walk as though they are in agony!
