What romance books do you recommend for a teenage girl?

I am currently reading Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen and its quite boring because I haven’t gotten really deep into the book. I am thinking of taking one day for about an hour and just start again from the beginning but for the moment I am looking for some romantic books to read because thats the genre that I enjoy very much.
And also what do you people suggest – buying the book or just borrowing from the local library?
I never buy books. I always go to the library and just borrow them.
