What do people think of private or anonymous questions (see details)

Sometimes, people ask questions that are NSFW or that might be interpreted against them if someone else they know in real life sees them. I am wondering if Fluther has a way for users to post either (1) anonymously or (2) in such a way that allows only logged-in users of Fluther to see.
If there is no such feature, I would like to suggest one. What do you all think of this?
