Can you point me in the direction of a decent Ipod car adaptor/transmitter?

I bought this hunk of steaming crap and I’m extremely disappointed in it. Read some of the 1 star reviews and you’ll have an idea how I feel about it.

I don’t have an accessory outlet in my Jeep that I can find, at least, so my only option (as far as I know) for enabling my Ipod to play in my Jeep is to use one of these transmitter things that plays through an unused radio station. Would you kindly recommend one to me that doesn’t suck? Links are appreciated, and inexpensive is always good.
