Why is the video game market not mentioned more in magazines or newspapers?

Maybe it is just me, but I see the gaming industry as one that is going to keep growing and growing.
I rarely though, to me anyways, see it mentioned much.More specifically financial/investing media.
Why is this? Or is it just me?
