Do you have a specialty that is actually an extremely simple food to make?

For example, the kinds of foods that people joke that anyone can make. Eggs, toast, sandwiches, salads.
I’m not talking about your oven roasted chicken or your eggplant parmasiana – but do you make a mean plate of scrambled eggs? Maybe you have a unique twist for a ham sandwich?
What makes it special?

For me, it is my grilled cheese sandwiches. Just your run of the mill grilled cheese, but I seem to have perfected my technique, because people literally rave about them.
