Can I get rid of tonsilitis on my own and how ?

I’ve had tonsillitis for about 2 days now, along with a headache, trouble swallowing, swollen tonsil, etc, basically all the signs and symptoms of tonsillitis.

Will tonsillitis go away on it’s own ?

Can I just wait for it to go away and heal by itself ? I’ve been taking ibuprofen 800.

Could leaving it alone lead to something serious ?

I also have one wisdom tooth coming out for 2 days which is how long the tonsillitis popped up for. This is really annoying.

Hopefully I can see a doc tomorrow but I’m wondering if anything can be done to make the pain less right now ?

I heard aloe vera helps ? And drinking water ?
