Why do my hands smell like this?

For as long as I can remember, my hands when they don’t smell like soap after washing return to a burnt hickory smell. I can distinctly smell burnt wood\something with a bit of hickory that slightly sweet\savoury smell.

What is causing this? Is it my natural musk or something. It doesn’t matter what I do or have done, they always return to that smell. It is most prominent on my knuckles
