Should funeral homes be allowed to have sirens on their vehicles?

This law changed, in my state, several years ago. This law allows each licensed funeral home to have a vehicle equipped with a police siren, to use to warn other vehicles on the road, that a funeral procession is approaching and to yield. There have been many cases of abuse, in this law, already. Question: do you believe that funeral home vehicles should be equipped with police sirens for a personal business?
