How do I sign into my hotmail account!

the worst nightmare happened. I woke up this morning and tried to sign into my hotmail and I couldn’t. Until now I’ve been trying it still doesn’t seem to let me sign in :( It says my hotmail has been blocked and I don’t know how to unlock it.
