How much would you pay to have flying be fun again?

I am not that old, but even at that I remember when flying was sort of fun. I can still remember people actually being dressed up on an airplane. And if they spoke at all, they were generally friendly and enthusiastic. There were not as many overly fat folks taking up more than one seat. People seemed to have a slightly higher level of personal hygiene. And of course, the security nightmare did not exist as it does now. And people who smoke (I do not) were not SOL.
It seems to me that the time might be right to start an airline that was fun again. There would be at least a minimum dress code. Fat folks could buy a wide seat. If you smelled funny, or had bad breath, there would be a shower facility and toothbrushes near the gate. Security would be handled by private contractors who would have training in public relations. Etc. Etc. Etc.
And smokers, whoever they are, could book on a “Smokers Only” flight.

Of course, this would all be very expensive.
Lots of people would probably go cheap.
But let’s say you think it might be worth it.

What would you pay per ticket to fly on this airline?
