What are the odds of stopping a traffic violator with the first name Sally?

Out of 44 years of stopping traffic violators, I thought I was going to retire, without ever stopping a Ford Mustang with a girl named Sally driving it. In the summer of 2008, I clocked this vehicle going 82 mph in a 45 mph zone. I stopped the vehicle and asked to see the drivers license and proof of insurance from the driver. Boy, was I shocked! This was history, in the making, for me and probably for every police officer in the nation. The drivers name was Sally and she was driving a Ford Mustang….....Mustang Sally!
