What should I buy? Ipod touch 4th gen or a Nintendo 3ds?

The ipod touch would be 32gb.
I can only buy one so please help me choose wisely, it would be very helpful if you put facts along with your answer.
and also I would appreciate it if you won’t answer something like “Whichever you like best” or “Depends on what you like”. I need help to choose the better device over all. Thanks.
