What is your favorite fish fry meal?

I’m hosting a lenten fish fry on Friday and am looking for ideas for side dishes. We are having beer batter dipped halibut and herbed onion rings, so I need some ideas for non-fried dishes to go with. Any unique and/or regional specialties get extra points!
