Do lips have pores?

The reason i ask is because I have just noticed a tiny white bump on my bottom lip just under the skin, I can squeeze it and it hurts, so I’m thinking maybe it’s a clogged pore – after reading online.
Does anyone know what this might be, it’s about the size of pin head.
