If I develop cellulitis or a staph infection in my foot, will it necessarily be accompanied by a fever?

I am worried about a cut I got on my foot at a nail salon yesterday. If it starts to get all red and swollen I will know that it is infected. If it is staph or cellulitis I will have a fever, right? Can you have either of these infections without a fever? I am going out of town tomorrow and would rather not run to the doctor just because I am paranoid.
