Help with a new flank steak recipe?

I want to make a flank steak wrapped in pastry for a dinner party next weekend. I am tired of the same old stuffings. Anyone have any suggestions on what to include?

I was thinking of stuffing it with wild rice, mushrooms and horseradish with a sour cream based sauce.

What sides should I serve with it? I am thinking Greek style dilled peas, but I still need another vegetable.

Other cooks are doing the appetizers and desserts. I just need a little inspiration for the main course.
