Good way to get rid of Pink Eye (Without medications)?

I got pink eye two days ago and my doctor told me it would be best to wait it out since I have a huge aversion to medication. If I don’t have to take the pill, I WON’T! But, this pink eye thing is really different. I actually have vision issues and my snot is now coming out my eyes and my nose… ew. Just in case you thought you needed that visual… a few good home remades that won’t make me blind for life would be greatly apperciated! Thanks!
