I purchased a vintage lighted sign off of Ebay. The seller sent it Standard Shipping with USPS. I was told that it would take 3–7 days. It has been 9 days, and nothing.
He also gave me a tracking number. The item (according to the tracking number) has been in Philly since April 3rd. Nothing to report after that. It was received on April 2.
The seller insured the item for 200 bills.
This is the last email that he sent to me:
It was entered into the mail on Saturday 4/2. I am told I need to wait 14 days before an insurance claim can be placed. I am at a loss why the last tracking information was Warrendale, PA and nothing since.
My question, how on earth could something like this (a rather large, fragile light up sign) get lost in the mail? I really bummed as I wanted this item.
