Why isn't "Live and let live" one of the Ten Commandments?

I don’t see anything remotely similar to Live and let live anywhere in the top ten. And I don’t think I can consider the whole as a summation of the concept either.

You shall have no other gods before Me.
You shall not make for yourself an idol.
You shall not lift up the name of the Lord your God in vain.
Observe the Sabbath day and keep it holy.
Honor your father and mother.
You shall not murder.
You shall not commit adultery.
You shall not steal.
You shall not bear false witness.
You shall not covet.

It’s not even close. Though I don’t really have a problem with anything on the existing list, it seems incomplete without Live and let live.

What suggestions would you make to amend the law?
