Is anyone else getting flashed by King Neptune?

Several times today, I go to move to a new Fluther screen and instead, I get his Jelly-munching Majesty and a “Fluther is currently under maintenance or over-capacity” warning. Then the screen refreshes itself and all is well.

What is Fluther’s capacity?

Should I be worried about blocking the fire exits?
