Can one person really drink an entire case of beer in one evening?

I’ve heard guys bragging they downed an entire case of beer in one evening. Is this really possible? Or an exaggeration?
If you say you’ve done it I’ll take you seriously; I’m not joking with the question. I’m really curious if it can be done.
