How can I get over my driving fear?

I was almost in an accident a while ago when a guy tried to speed in front of me and turn left. I swerved and missed him by a few feet. Anyways, since then I’ve been terrified to drive. When I get in the car, all I can think is that every car around me hates me and im not driving properly. Even at a green light, I get nervous to put my foot on the gas. I have my first driving lesson tomorrow with an instructor, and im scared that I won’t be able to drive well in front of the teacher.
