Feedback on Restaurants at SF and San Diego and using coupons to dine in these Restaurants?

I’ll be going to San Francisco and San Diego and would like to try out the eateries there. Of course, I’d like to use coupons to help with our budget. Restaurant.com showed quite a number of places and I would like to know if they are highly recommended or pricey. If you could check out the non-Chinese/Japanese restaurants and share your opinion, I’d appreciate it. Sorry that I can’t type all the places I want to try. It’ll fill up a lot of space. If you have any place to recommend that is not in my list, please feel free to. Not very into sandwiches… Thanks.
