Is something wrong with me for not liking the beach?

Seriously, I believe there is.
It seems that just about everyone loves the beach, but I don’t really like it all that much. Every time I tell someone that I don’t like going to “the beach” they look at me like I just told them I have an extra head hidden in my pants.
