In another thread I got to thinking how, in previous decades, United States roadside attractions were so widespread, and now they are all but gone. I feel like someone should have documented them nationwide every year or something. U.S. folk culture seems to be dying out. In this spirit, has anyone been to any good ones over the years? Or have any good roadside attraction stories?
