The scale :
0 – only a bit happy
10 – happiest from your neighborhood
Not necessarily happy from owning X houses / cars etc OR having a lot of friends to whom you can spend all your time.
It can be happiness from helping someone with a small thing [ handing a handkerchief or things like this ] OR from receiving a mail from someone you haven’t seen in a long time OR you smile all the time because you are still living etc etc
Or from hearing a song or watching a movie etc etc
