What should I do with all this goat cheese?

Last night I made goat cheese and pesto pizza, and it was awesome. However, now I have a ton of leftover goat cheese, something I never ordinarily buy. What can I do with it? (Vegetarian suggestions only, please! Seafood is ok. But I have trouble picturing goat cheese + fish.)
