What is better? Coupon Sense or CouponMom? and why?

I have been looking more towards coupon sense mainly because I have seen it in action and I really like how their system works. the only problem is that it costs 40 dollars a month to my understanding and I understand that by using coupon sense I will save a lot of money, however with coupon mom I don’t have to pay a monthly fee and would like to know about others experiences to decide.
