Is it common to have loose bowels or looser than usual from continued working in triple digit air temps?

It’s been in the 100’s here for the past 3 weeks ( about 111 today) and I have no choice but to suck it up and work most days. I’m not in direct sunlight all the time, mainly in and out all day. It sucks for everybody here. But I have noticed things are different in the outgo department. I’m drinking enough water. Got sunsceen. It hasn’t really become a problem yet and it’s actually offsetting slow bowels caused by prescription pain meds. Wonder if I’m getting sick. (Or sick of working).
