Do guys like weird girls?

Weird can mean a lot… My definition in this situation is; a girl who talks quite a lot(not crazy much, actually listens too) girl who talks nonsense sometimes, hard to understand, instantly tells white cute lies and just says “just kiddin”, is not that pretty but pretty on her own way, energetic and does silly jokes all the time. is this type of girl a turn off? I often hear guys saying they want a girl to be normal and usual as possible. not weird.
