When someone cuts in line at the gas pump, what is YOUR response?

My neighbor was just telling me how he was cut off in line after waiting patiently at the gas pump for about ten minutes. The person who got out of the car was a very young pregnant woman who shouted “I’m pregnant and just want to get home” she added an extended middle-finger to her already rude act. This gesture remained the whole time she was pumping her gas. My neighbor was STILL upset hours later- as not only was he treated to such rudeness, he also did not know how to respond.

I said I wasn’t sure if there WAS any way to respond to that. I also added that pregnancy hormones- and ( at the time of this writing we’re experiencing a heat wave), were also things to be considered other than just a lousy personality.
