This billboard appears close to the Indianapolis Speedway, and depicts a cigarette pack full of hot dogs. The point is to alert car race fans of the cancer risks of a frankfurter.
Do you eat hot dogs? Would this ad change your eating habits? Do car race fans even read billboards? How effective will this be?
