What will the next generation of Reps and Senators be like?

A President is always a handy hero or scapegoat. The truth is, he is merely the person who puts the executive go-ahead or not on the actions of Congress.
It is they who spend the money and levy taxes.

You can say whatever you want, when it comes to money, the respective political parties, and their establishment Representatives and Senators are more similar than different.
Most like to spend lots of money.
Most assume that they can borrow as much as they want
They all have one constituency or another that they want to exempt from taxation.

Now the money has run out, interest rates will likely increase, and I seriously doubt if anybody, rich or poor, is going to escape without putting more taxation skin in the game.
So what will the next generation Congress be like?
