Why are so many people asking about centipedes in their vaginas?

I was googling “is it okay to use less water in the salt water flush?” and is it okay to have a centipede in my vagina? popped up under suggested searches. Curious, I clicked on it. It oubviously seems like some twisted joke between yahoo search or something. But why?
I just do not understand people sometimes..

P.S If anyone knows the answer to my original question about the salt water flush, feel free to answer ;)
