What are side effects of Concerta?

I’m taking Concerta for the first time tomorrow for my Learner’s Permit test so I can focus.
How does it make you feel?
Will being focused possibly make me less nervous and doubtful of my answers?
And along with that, does anyone have any good test taking tips, that actually work?
