Light headedness while running?

I am an ultra runner and about 6 months ago I started to get light headed and dizzy while running. These usually pass fairly quickly and I can continue on. The amount of time running before this happens can vary also. I can also seem to know when it is coming on also it is the why that i can not figue out why. My age is 41
