Honestly, how accurate is your concept of time?

I notice that whenever I estimate how long something will take, or what time I will arrive somewhere.. I am usually dead on, or within 5 minutes. I think that my concept of time is pretty accurate.
My husband, on the other hand, will guess that he will be somewhere in “20 minutes” when it actually takes him over an hour. We were talking about this today, and it made me wonder how other people feel their concept of time is.
