Dependable Car Inspector in Wayne County PA?

Can anyone recommend a car inspection shop in Wayne or Pike county Pennsylvania that wont rip me off. I tried searching for a couple of reviews and they all were negative. There was not one good one. Where can I go to get a inspection where I won’t be ripped off?
