Is an Apple laptop exactly the same as one offered at a lower price from a different store?

The specs are the same but how can a store like Best Buy afford to offer it a lower price, say less than 60 bucks and no, you don’t have to get their protection plan either? What coud be the catch? And any possible concerns I should be wary about? Thanks.
